PLATE-LOADED LAT PULLDOWN: A machine that targets the upper back (lats) by pulling the handles downward with weight plates.

BELT SQUAT MACHNE: Used to train lower body muscles (glutes,quads, and hamstrings) by performing stress on the lower back.

PENDULUM SQUAT MACHINE: A lower-body machine that uses a swinging (pendulum) motion to target quads and glutes with controlled resistance
